Jack: the printed version is available on Amazon if that’s what you really need. If not, I’d be happy to send you a pdf file of the book for free. The problem is I had a house fire that burned up all the race examples I refer to in the book. I’m trying to re-qcquire them now, but until I do, I’m offering the virtual version to whoever is interested. Let me know. Thanks.
