The first set of sheets is sorted by each horse’s overall average speed. The second set is sorted by each horse’s Closing Factor.
My birthday
My daughter’s throwing me a birthday party at Remington tomorrow, so I thought I’d do a Horsesheet. Passing it on.

HorseSheets for Oaks and Derby days in 2025
First sort is by average speed overall, second is by closing ability.
HorseSheets for 11/9
Horsesheets for 11-08-2024
By the way: the first half is sorted by overall average speed; the second half is sorted by the closing factor.
HorseSheets for this year’s Oaks and Derby days
Here are three HorseSheets for this year’s Oaks and Derby days. They are: 1) Sorted by Bris Power, 2) Sorted by projected speed, and 3) sorted by closing factor. Good luck!
Lots of HorseSheets, including BC 2023
Okay. Here we have CD for tomorrow, and Santa Anita for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. There are four reports.
1. Sorted by average speed in the races on the form
2. Sorted by the Closing Factor
3. Sorted by Bris Power
4. Sorted by an algorithm that concentrates on the last three races, including price, finish positions, weight change, speed, and other factors.
HorseSheets for 10-21-2023
I’ve added Los Alamitos for those who enjoy the quarters.
HorseSheets for 10-19-2023
I’ve added a few things. For example, in the long sheets I’ve added each horse’s speed average for the last three races after throwing out the slowest one. You’ll find it under “AVG3”. Remember, you’re looking for contrast – in pace, speed, class, whatever. If there are nine early speed horses and only one closer, or nine closers and only one early speed horse, for example. That approach brought in a $175 exacta and a $600 pick three at BAQ today. Don’t try to make it rocket science.
