HorseSheets for 9/30

Here they are for Thursday, 9/30. You might notice I’ve added a column titled “My Odds.” I’m developing a program that will calculate my personal oddsline. It’s totally in Beta stage, so don’t rely on it to any extent. They’re to one. I’ve also added some thoughts on horses as I go through the form. Take ’em or leave ’em. Lastly, I’ve only done the odds, etc., for a few races at Belmont and Gulfstream. Have fun.

By the way, if you enjoy getting the HorseSheets, or if they’re a valuable addition to your handicapping process, consider dropping a few bucks on me to keep it going. Thanks.

HorseSheets for 9-17 (five tracks)

Here are two sets of HorseSheets. The first is a new way of looking at the PP’s; it rates the horse’s performance in its last race – the bigger the number the better. We’ve had days when every race was won by a horse in the top three of this algorithm. The second set is our old favorite in which the horses are rated by their pace tendency: the smaller the number, the more they like the front end. Have fun.
